I say "gossip heck" instead of gossip hell because the 21 year old winner of American False Idol in 2006 is on the cover of People and it's about weight loss, which is one of the nicest kinds of gossip, right up there with finding true love, getting married or having a baby.

Big Girls No More! THE SLIM-DOWN MOVEMENT 2011!!

It seems that the flood-gates are open and every once-upon a time 'BIG-GIRL' wants to to be slim and trim these days!!!!  I call it the 'Slim-Down Movement', spear-headed by none other than the lovely Jennifer Hudson.  Jennifer Hudson always had talent from her beginnings on 'Idol', but who knew there was a svelte BODY under all that pain and rejection.

Well she still has a little ways to go, but you gotta love that confidence!!

The movement has begun!  It must be gettin close to summer.  The big girls have gone slim.  ALl the ladies are beautiful in their own right.  It's all about a confidence they possess inside.  In an industry where image, particularly for women, is so keen the pressures of society and the plight to 'look & feel 'good in omnipresent.  It's no wonder the movement is in full-effect.  Everybody wants to look good, insode and out!  Congratulations to all the ladies for there triumphs.  Keep doing you, and keep loving yourselves!

"TWIT PIC'n (Yo NOSE)" : Jordin Sparks

Twitter is a POWERFUL thing these days.  Some of the biggest stories, meltdowns, tirades, and of course PICTURES seem to stem from this social network.  SO in light of that , i decided to feature a new segment on THE GAMUTT called 'Twit Pic'm (Yo Nose)'--get it? (Play off of 'quit pickin' yo nose, for those that rode the SHORT bus).  Ahem, with out further adieu, let's begin.  1st up to bat, is 'American Idol' winner, Jordin Sparks.  I don;t recall what season she won, but that is irrelevant now.  If you care that much, go look it up. LOL.  But really.  We remember Jordin being a proud member of 'TEAM CHUNK'. 
 Face it, for her age, she was ....hefty.  One of those people you describe as "a very pretty face...but..."  You know we all describe the pretty 'fat' girl in that manner.  But as of late, you can not describe her like that anymore. Introducing Jordin Sparks 2.0!!!
 Sparks set Twitter ABLAZE when she released this TWIT PIC of her in a 2-piece.  Wow!  That baby fat is all gone now.  I blame Jennifer Hudson for starting this! LOL.  You have to admit, she looks GREAT.  A marked improvement.

I guess Jordin finally caved in under the media pressure to be thin, and finally did something about it.  She credits this new weight loss to hiking & Zumba.  Whatever the motivation was, keep up the good work.  You got a few more pounds to lose before you can be considered 'phyne', so keep going.
