Recently ,model, make-up artist and photographer Jay Manuel, known mostly for his work with Tyra Banks and the ANTM franchise was 'cornered' on the red carpet for the Harry Potter movie premiere. Jay Manuel, or 'Mr. Jay' as he is affectionately called on the hit model competition show, spoke about his unique sense of style.
