Maxwell has been relatively quiet since the 2009 release of the Grammy Award winning, 'BLACKsummer'snight'. But Maxwell has never been one to rush his creative process and when he returns, it's always bigger and more innovative than the last project. It seems Maxwell is ready to give us another taste of his signature style. 'blackSUMMER'Snight', part 2 of the trilogy that the artist has planned is set to be released later this year. But until then, we can get a taste of Maxwell's unique flair and style on his VH1 Storyteller's special that will air tonight. On this cut, one of my favorite songs from the 'BLACK', Maxwell adds a touch of "CHURCH" to his performance. Take a listen:
