The highly-anticipated show, "X-Factor" is still months away and there is already drama on the judging panel. TMZ has learned that Cheryl Cole is already 'X'ed from the judging panel. Her replacement? Nicole Scherzinger!
Reports say that 'X' PussyCat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger will sit beside Simon, Paula & L.A. Reid. There is no clear reason why Cole has left the judging panel as of yet. Initially, Scherzinger was tapped to co-host the talent competition, but has been given the ultimate 'upgrade'.
