Kelly Rowland has been everywhere lately. With the #1 'Motivation' track on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop charts, Kelly seems poised to make it really big this time around as a solo artist. In case you did not also know, Kelly has been tapped to be one of the judges for Simon Cowell's 'X-Factor' UK! That's a really good look for the young artist.
